Welcome

For the past seventeen years, I have been studying and practicing Tai Chi, Chi Kung, and Meditation. Along the way, I have observed many changes in myself and my relationships, and in the way I experience and function in the world.
I learned the art of teaching directly from my mother, and I been a teacher now for 20 years! In 2002, a couple of friends asked me to teach them the Tai Chi form I was practicing. Today at Mir-Yam School of Tai Chi, Chi Kung, and Meditation. you will find:
