Welcome

For the past sixteen years, I have been studying and practicing Tai Chi, Chi Kung, and Meditation. Along the way, I have observed many changes in myself and my relationships, and in the way I experience and function in the world.
In 2002, a couple of friends asked me to teach them the Tai Chi form I was practicing. And so began the Mir-Yam School of Tai Chi, Chi Kung, and Meditation. 
Since then, I have had the pleasure of teaching students of many ages and levels in a variety of settings, sharing the principles that have made such a difference in my own life.
I invite you to explore this ancient healing art, recommended by many doctors. If you haven’t tried one of my classes, I hope to welcome you someday soon.
